I’ve been meaning to show you this photo for ages!
For Christmas dinner my family usually has a duck or two (we have two family friends come over every year, and then my sister and two parents). This year we decided to try something different - Partridge!
They were so small and so adorable. And so delicious! So lean. They literally had no fat on them at all. Plus I could eat half without feeling guilty! I got my leg, my wing, and my breast - and it was still less meat than a normal person would eat.
What an adventure!
